（中央社記者陳葦庭台北29日電）前交通部民用航空局長張國政今天表達接手復興航空運輸股份有限公司意願，呼籲民航局暫緩收回航權，但交通部次長王國材表示，這是不成熟的宣布，程序照走，希望雙方快點談定。
張國政宣布，和支持的團隊討論後決定，有意願接手興航，希望民航局延緩收回航線，接下來也會接洽興航董事長林明昇。
王國材表示，張國政尚未和興航談定就宣布，是很不成熟、不謹慎的宣告。一般而言，企業併購計畫都是先談定，才會有之後宣布接手計畫，但張國政僅表態要接手，沒談到背後金主和營運團隊。
王國材說，如果張國政真的要接手興航，交通部希望雙方快談定，今天前送出營運計畫到民航局，否則交通部收回航權程序還是會照原程序進行。1051129
